    New height = 805 + (24/100 * 805)
    New height = 805 + 193.2
    New height = 998.2 meter
    New height after cut = New height - (percentage decrease * new height)
    New height after cut = 998.2 - (40/100 * 998.2)
    New height after cut = 998.2 - 399.28
    New height after cut = 598.92 meter
    New height = 599 meter (round off to nearest value)
